Dear All,

The event at Charlton Park will soon be upon us - this Friday 17th December! Marion Ferneaux (Luke's Mum) is looking for 10 students to help with waitressing and car park attending on the night, so could anyone wishing to do this please confirm with  Marion on 01666 824541 as soon as possible.

Pick up will be at 6.45pm from Charlton Business Park on the Malmesbury - Crudwell Road and drop off will be at 10.30pm after the event to the same place.  Dress code is back trousers or skirts and white shirts  If all participants could also bring their Raleigh T-shirts and ID cards as the organisers have agreed to invite students on to the stage to explain what you are fund-raising for and then ask for donations.
